Caroline's Pet Service is a fantastic dog walking company that has a strong focus on customer service, reliability, flexibility and much more. Caroline and her walkers are accommodating to all future and last minute requests I have needed, they leave adorable notes about my dog, and are very fairly priced. 10/10 recommend!

More than happy to recommend Caroline for any type of dog sitting! Caroline was our regular dog sitter for our very energetic 42-lb puppy (Chase) when we lived in Philadelphia. We traveled quite a bit, and Caroline stayed in our home when we went out of town. I always knew Chase was getting good walks, lots of play time, love, and everything he needed (special food issues, pro-biotics, giving heartworm for flea and tick prevention), etc. Caroline could often help out last minute when things came up. Caroline and her walkers were great with my dog who had medical needs. Prior to beginning walking services Caroline came over and went through our daily schedule and asked insightful questions to ascertain our needs. Caroline and her walkers were very attentive to all of my dog's needs. They administered medications before and after her walks, wiped her paws before re-entering the apartment, and gave me detailed reports of their walks. They even sent me pictures of her stool when we had to keep a stool diary for the vet! I really appreciated that they did shorter walks which were perfect for my older dog. Caroline truly cares about the dogs she cares for. We were very sad to have to find a new walker once we moved to New York City. We still keep in touch with Caroline and she was even able to give us some grooming recommendations here in NYC!
